Hello to all Members
At last we can start to enjoy more freedoms.
As you will all know Barry Ross is organising a lunchtime Social get together for members at the Redcliffe Hotel on July 7th
The club will provide light refreshments for lunch.
This is not only to celebrate coming out of lockdown but it is also the 50th anniversary since the formation of Paignton Probus Club in 1971.
We are hoping that restrictions will allow this meeting to go ahead, as Barry has told you it will be restricted to 30 membersbut I believe that there are still a very few places available if any of you are still thinking you might like to come.
To my bit of business, as we have not been able to have our normal AGM to arrange the committee to run the club for the coming year,we plan to have a short time at the get together to decide next years officers.
The attachment below contains proposals put forward by the present committee for next year’s officers, if club members wish to, they may make further proposals to a committee member before the 30th June 2021.
If no other nominations are received the committee’s proposals can be voted through en mass at this meeting in a very short time.
Obviously there will be no officers reports.as we have had no meetings to report on in the last year.
Looking forward to seeing as many of you as passible on July 7th.
