Wednesday 12/1/22:- The talk this morning certainly got my memory working so when I got home I pulled the following information off the internet. It covers the history of the Mary Rose including up to the nineteenth century removal of guns from the wreck. In addition it gives a little bit of background to not only the battle in which the Mary Rose was lost but also how what became known as the Battle of the Solent ended.
