Our speaker this week was Mark Cooper who spoke about Royal Naval Submarines.
Mark was formerly the Captain of a nuclear attack submarine and completed 34 years service in the Royal Navy following which he spent 4 years as the Harbour Master for Dartmouth.
This was a fascinating and well illustrated talk delivered by a top notch speaker. It was probably one of our best talks this year but sadly it was very poorly attended with only 13 members present.
It is hoped that Mark may be able to speak again at some time in the future.
