Our meeting this week was a great success with an excellent speaker and in this post covid world a pretty good turnout of 24 members.
This was the second time Alex Leger has presented to our club.
Alex spent over 30 years as a presenter of the Blue Peter TV programme on the BBC.
Alex used outstanding visuals with a mixture of pictures and video and as well as being a very good speaker he presented an interesting and enjoyable talk which was well received by all those present.
Members purchased several of his books which Alex personally signed.
