This weeks Probus talk was presented by Paul Lobb on the subject of “Investigative Psychology.”
Paul was formerly a serving police officer, now retired, who spent time both in uniform and as a detective. He gained extensive experience investigating murders and other serious crimes against the person.
This presentation focused on the techniques used to assist investigations through the use of what most of us would call profiling. Paul explained how this has been developed over the years both here in the UK and in the United States.
This was a very detailed presentation that was fascinating to all members present.
