Ray Holland is a chartered electrical engineer, trained at Royal Naval Engineering College, Manadon, Plymouth.
Ray has spent the last 30years managing programmes of renewal energy projects throughout the world and is keen to apply lessons from this experience to his own community in South Devon.
Using photos and graphs he displayed the progress of energy projects from fossil fuels to coal and oil, water, wind, and solar.
This was a totally absorbing lecture from Ray which was followed by question and answer session with the audience which displayed an intense interest and knowledge of the subject from our own Members.
The meeting was attended by 21 members with 10 apologies for absence.
