Our Speaker Finder Paul Young reports:
Our speaker today was Phil Badcott with his presentation entitled “Sir Walter Raleigh”.
Phil has previously presented to our club and his talks have always been very well received and today was no exception.
Phil brings his subject alive with his sheer enthusiasm for his subject.
His subject matter was both fascinating and well illustrated. In addition it was received with many questions and discussion at the end.
Our presentation next week will be delivered by Brenda Loosemore and her talk is entitled “Fun in the 1950’s”. Brenda has also presented to our club before and is highly recommended.
